What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. Digital resources cannot be refunded, and opened products cannot be returned.

Are digital guides refundable?

No. All digital guides, plans, and downloads are final sale.

When do I pay?

Payment is collected during your virtual consultation after your treatment plan is created.

Do I have to purchase my recommended products?

Yes. To begin your personalized plan, your recommended products must be secured during your consultation.
A minimum investment of $500 applies.

What if I’m not ready to purchase?

You may book when you are ready. If you choose not to purchase products during your consultation,
a $150 professional fee applies.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

How are photos used?

Your progress images may be used for education, marketing, and brand content.
Only respectful, professional images are shared.

Do you ship products?

Yes. If a product arrives defective, notify us within 7 days for an exchange.

How do virtual services work?

All consultations are held virtually for your convenience.
